1. Return Policy
- Eligibility: You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.
- Conditions:
- The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with all tags intact.
- Returns are not accepted for innerwear, customized, or sale/discounted items unless defective.

2. Refund Policy
- Mode of Refund: Refunds will be processed via the original method of payment (e.g., UPI, Credit/Debit Card, Net Banking).
- Timeframe: Refunds are typically processed within 7–10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
- Shipping Charges: Original shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable. Return shipping may be borne by the customer unless the product is defective or incorrect.
3. Exchanges
We offer exchanges for size issues or product defects. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Exchange is subject to product availability.
4. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos or videos of the item.
- We will arrange a replacement or full refund, depending on the issue.
5. Cancellation Policy
- Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing them, provided they have not been shipped.
- Once shipped, cancellation is not possible. You may follow the return process instead.
